Paul Chabot, CDR, USN, Ret.

I'm a Navy Commander (Ret.), Iraq War veteran, and lifelong public servant who has spent decades serving others—from the battlefield to the White House. Today, I’ve taken that same mission-driven mindset and focused it on a new fight: helping veterans, active-duty service members, and their families reclaim their health, strength, and purpose.

After 21 years in military intelligence—including assignments with the Office of Naval Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency, and Joint Special Operations Command—I understand firsthand the physical and mental toll that service can take. I’ve seen what happens when high performers spend years pushing through pain, stress, and burnout without ever prioritizing their own health.

That’s why our team created Veteran Wellness Network.

I believe your metabolism isn’t broken—but your system has been under attack for years. When you restore your health, everything changes. Your energy returns. Your focus sharpens. You take back control.

Through Veteran Wellness Network, we help you build sustainable fat loss, stabilize blood sugar, protect lean muscle, and create lasting transformation through simple, structured habits—not another diet.

I’ve delivered keynote presentations in 48 states, including at the U.S. Naval Academy and West Point, and have appeared on major national media outlets. I’ve served as a White House Senior Advisor, university professor, law enforcement officer—but my mission today is personal.

I’m here to help those who served—and those who stand beside them—build strength, discipline, and resilience not just in service, but in life.

As a proud husband and father, I want to ensure my family can rely on me to take care of them for many years to come.

Winning your next chapter starts with your health. I am with you!

Jenny Dykstra

I'm the wife of a disabled Air Force veteran, and that part of my life has shaped everything about how I serve others today.

During my husband’s time in the Air Force, he suffered a serious foot injury that led to multiple surgeries and long-term complications affecting many areas of his health. Despite living with daily pain, he continued to lead, build successful businesses, and provide an incredible life for our family. That’s what service and resilience looks like.

But over time, the physical toll caught up with him. His health declined, and after years of pushing through, he was eventually deemed 100% disabled. Around the same time, the businesses he worked so hard to build were impacted by outside challenges, and by 2016, everything changed.

In that season, I knew it was my turn to step up.

At the same time, I was facing my own battle. I had gained 40 pounds and found myself stuck in a cycle of stress, emotional eating, and frustration. I felt like I was losing control of my health—and honestly, myself. When I saw 179 pounds on the scale at 5’1”, I made a decision: something had to change.

That decision led me to a program that didn’t just transform my health—it changed my life.

What started as a personal journey quickly became a mission. I began helping my family, then others, and before long I had built a coaching business focused on helping people reclaim their health, rebuild their confidence, and create lasting change—especially those who have spent years putting everyone else first.

Because I understand that life.

I understand what it means to carry the weight of responsibility. To push through when things are hard. To put your needs on the back burner for everyone else.

Today, I’m passionate about serving those who have served—veterans, spouses, and families who have sacrificed so much.

This isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about taking your life back. It’s about having the structure, support, and community you need so you don’t have to do it alone.

I truly believe this path was placed in my life for a reason—to help others find their way forward.

If you’re ready for change, I’m here to walk alongside you. And I won’t let you fail.
